TIME poor holidaymakers have more options
for cruise breaks following P&O Cruises
decision to increase the number of short
cruises available in its 2013 winter program.
On sale from 12 January, the program
features 61 departures across 13 itineraries
sailing from Brisbane and Sydney between
April and September next year.
35 of the itineraries will take place onboard
Pacific Jewel and Pacific Pearl out of Sydney
and Brisbane, whilst Brisbane-based Pacific
Dawn will offer 26 cruises, including 15 of its
popular one-week weekend departures.
Highlights of the 2013 program include
themed short-break Mothers Day and
Christmas in July voyages, as well as tried and
true favouries such as P&O’s short comedy,
lifestyle, food and wine cruises.
As an added bonus, the cruise line will for
the first time ever introduce a series of fournight
cruises in 2013, to appease the growing
demand for slightly longer short cruise breaks.
Pricing for P&O Cruises’ 2013 winter program
starts from $529pp for a three-night cruise.
