CHINESE comfort food will be added to
Crystal Serenity’s Tastes cafe menu line up to
offer guests a more relaxed, regional dining
experience to complement Crystal’s upscale
Nobu specialty restaurant.
Despite its “comfort” label, the dishes have
taken the company a year and a half to
research and develop, with the Crystal’s food
and beverage team putting in serious hours to
try dumpling and noodle restaurants throughout
Asia, as well as sourcing ingredients.
Tasty Chinese comfort food will include
steamed dumplings, noodles, soups, fried rice
and vegetables, and will be created under the
direction of Malaysian chef Jennifer Pei Vun Lee.
