MORE than 30 Avalon Waterways European
river cruises no longer have a single fare
supplement, after the company decided to waive
its single traveller pricing on 11 European
itineraries between June to October this year.
As a result, solo travellers can now save more
than a third off the cost of the usual solo fare.
Special solo fares are now priced from $3,406
for an eight-day Paris to Normandy’s Landing
Beaches cruise along the Seine departing 14
August 2012.
