Popular demand has led to Imagine Cruises in Port Stephens launching a new series of its seafood dinner cruises this summer, giving guests the opportunity to swim in a sheltered cove at sunset while sailors cook fresh fish and prawns on the boat’s barbecue.
The relaxing, two-hour cruises aboard the catamaran, Imagine, will offer guests the chance to spot Port Stephens’ bottlenose dolphins and see the rich natural diversity of NSW’s mid north coast. With a licensed bar, comfortable downstairs lounge area and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits on board, the 15.8m long vessel will depart from Nelson Bay before sailing through the sunset.
The included dinner menu will include barbecued fish and garlic prawns on a bed of green salad, followed by cheesecake and fruit of the forest, with a number of beverages, including Imagine Cruises’ special ‘Cheeky Mermaid’ cocktail and beer from local Murray’s brewery, available to purchase from the bar.
The first of the two-hour cruises will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2014, at 5.30pm, with cruises then held daily at this time until April 5, 2015. From April 6 to May 13, 2015, the cruises will be held at 4.30pm.
