Senior cruise executives from
around the globe will converge
on Sydney this week to take part
in the local cruise sector’s biggest
ever event.
The inaugural Cruise3Sixty
Australasia conference and
exhibition – taking place this Fri
07 Feb at Sydney’s Four Seasons
Hotel – has attracted interest
from around the world, with the
event set to be opened by Cruise
Lines International Association
president, Christine Duffy.
Other international figures
present will include Aqua
Expeditions ceo Francesco Galli
Zugaro, Hurtigruten Cruises
md Kathryn Beadle and Cruise
Copenhagen director Bo Larsen.
In addition, local talent
including Carnival Australia ceo
Ann Sherry, Royal Caribbean md
Gavin Smith, APT founder Geoff
McGeary and Compagnie du
Ponant chair Sarina Bratton will
be in attendance.
Presentations will also be made
from Sydney Ports Corporation,
Uniworld, Globus, Travel the
World, Google, Princess, P&O and
Cunard, along with Google Plus
travel agents including OzCruising
and Cleancruising.com.au.
The sell-out event will see more
than 350 delegates attend the
conference which also features
a trade show where agents will
be updated on the latest cruise
industry product developments.
It’s a huge weekend for CLIA,
which will also host its annual
awards this coming Sat night,
honouring top cruise agents from
Australia and New Zealand.
