Zealand celebrity chef, Simon Gault, will be
held onboard Captain Cook Cruises’ four-

Gault, a judge on NZ’s own Masterchef
television program, has received numerous
accolades for his cuisine, with his restaurant
most recently having been awarded New
Zealand’s Restaurant of the Year, and
having been included in Conde Nast New
York magazine’s top 50 restaurants of the
world.

cruise, food lovers would need to move
